From when you guys started the whole process it was great, you guys were super receptive to anything I would need.  I didn’t feel pressured with anything. Gian and Zai worked great with me through the process of picking out the tattoo and getting it exactly the way I wanted it to be. The scheduling was super easy, you guys worked with my schedule, and I worked with yours, I can’t think of any hang-ups we had at any time. I felt like Dr. Dwayne and Dr. Rudy were totally professional but also relatable on the same level. I liked it because regardless of what I know for my knowledge portion of what you guys are doing, you still explained everything. And the stuff I didn’t get, you explained it. At the end you had asked if I had any questions, and I didn’t have any because it felt like you had everything down perfect.

I was excited about getting to experience something that I had seen happen to someone else but had never happened to me. I’m used to having control and not used to relinquishing it to someone else, but with you guys, any shadow of a doubt that I would have had, you guys took care of it. As far as going to sleep, I remember being comfy and the next thing I knew I woke up. I remember the team was next to me and I was being cared for, I do remember that, and with the weird control thing I have, it was perfect. When I came out of it, I didn’t realize the tattoo was done. It was not painful at all. Out of all the tattoos I have, I mean I have more of my body tattooed probably than not and that was the easiest recovery I’ve ever had, and the only difference was me sleeping.

I almost feel spoiled, in a sense, because if I get another tattoo and I’m not asleep, I’m gonna know what I’m missing. I’m gonna know how quick this can go and how quick I can recover, you know. I got a touch of royalty and was like wow, this is what it’s like to fly first class, it’s f***ing nice. I would totally recommend this to somebody that is nervous about getting a tattoo, it’s a perfect alternative, if you’re nervous about the pain, it’s a perfect alternative.

The whole team honestly, the way the tattoo team and the anesthesia team treated me and my wife, it was f***ing amazing. All the way around, it was just a great experience. From the beginning you guys were very up front with stuff, with how the whole experience was going to be for me. I didn’t feel like you guys were trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
