Anesthesia Team
Dr. Rudy Pavlesich, DNP, CRNA
Dr. Dwayne Thibeault, DNP, CRNA
Dr. Dwayne and Dr. Rudy met in 2012 in Jacksonville, Florida at the University of North Florida where they started their training in Nurse Anesthesiology. Over the next few intense years of anesthesia training, they became close friends and during that time eating, breathing, and sleeping anesthesia was their life. After graduation in 2014, they both worked at a level 2 trauma center and provided anesthesia to any and all patients, whether it was an adult, pediatric, trauma patient, obstetric patient, or someone needing open heart surgery, they provided the anesthesia. Two years later Dr. Dwayne started Blue Sky Anesthesia Associates in the state of New Hampshire which provided anesthesia services to adults and pediatric patients in dental offices. In early 2019, Dr. Rudy joined the practice and became an integral partner as Blue Sky Anesthesia Associates continued to grow.
Dr. Dwayne and Dr. Rudy have always looked for new and innovating ways to provide evidence based, cutting edge anesthesia to their patients. In early 2023, Blue Sky Anesthesia Associates was approached by the famous Ink Masters tattoo artist, Gian Karle, to become partners and provide anesthesia for amazing tattoo artists like himself. The minute they were approach by Gian, they were all in. It filled their desire to provide anesthesia to a very niche set of clients in a new and exciting venue. Interestingly, this was the same style of anesthesia both Dr. Rudy and Dr. Dwayne had been providing to their patients for several years, allowing them to provide the same hospital-level anesthesia care that so many patients request at dental offices. Now they would be able to work with clients that would like to be asleep while they have amazing artists, such as those on Sedation Lounge for Body Art’s roster, doing their tattoos.
