Deposit and Payment

All appointments require a deposit of 50% of the total cost to confirm you in our schedule. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance. For deposits, we take credit card information over the phone. The remaining balance may be paid in cash, cashier check, or credit card and is due the week before the tattoo session. Cashier checks may be made out to Sedation Lounge for Body Art. No personal checks will be accepted.

Booking

We handle the booking process via phone calls and text messages. Once you fill out and submit the booking form on this page, you will receive a text message from us in due time. This is when we will begin the booking process and get more detailed information about the tattoo project you have in mind.

Reschedule/Cancellation

Should you need to cancel greater than thirty (30) days prior to the tattoo session, the deposit will be refunded, minus the administrative fee of $3,000.

 Should you need to cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to the tattoo session, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.

 Should you need to cancel less than 1 week prior to the tattoo session, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.

 Should you “no show” or miss your flight traveling to the tattoo session, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.

 Should you have a medical situation that arises and would cause you to miss the session, contact our team to discuss options.

There are a lot of moving parts to this process which incur costs, such as the artist’s transportation, accommodations, and time, the consultation process, and the booking process.
